Some machines do have souls.  The proof?  The Triumph Speed Triple.   Universally loved for it’s torque-rich motor and indifferent attitude, the looks were always polarizing.  Love it or hate it, those twin chrome headlights made a real statement and also let you know that Triumph didn’t give a shit how “the other guys” did it.

This is an amazingly well-equipped and maintained Special Edition, all black 955.  The last of ’em, in fact.  R&G frame sliders, fresh Dunlop Qualifiers, Vortex adjustable levers, Sargent seats, color matched Triumph rear seat cowl, and that lovely and rare-as-hen’s-teeth high mount Triumph carbon fiber exhaust, this bike is equally at home in a private collection, on the track, or tearing up the street.  Go your own way, indeed.
