If a customer requests a specially designed part (i.e. a specific length cable that needs to be specially cut to size and reassembled) there will be no refund given for these parts. If the part is made incorrectly then a refund will be given. There will be no refunds given for specially designed parts that meets the design specifications provided by the customer.
