Randy and his service team are absolutely superb – they were able to track down and fix a problem that had eluded the shop to which I’d taken my Rocket Touring for repair. I can’t begin to express my gratitude for the tremendous service they provided to get my bike back on the road, and in the time-frame they’d promised.
